Prescription Ordering Update

As our patients will be aware at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we re-opened our phone lines for telephone ordering.

Telephone ordering will stop on the 11th September.

From Friday 11th September 2020 we will no longer take prescription requests over the phone.

We get a lot of queries over the phone to check if a prescription has been sent to the chemist. Please can we remind everyone that in these instances you need to contact your chemist. We can only tell you if your prescription has been signed, this does not mean that your prescription is at the chemist and ready for collection.
